The Medicinal plants and claimed uses in Nigeria will educate students and researchers as presented. Advice on collection and propagation of these plants will be provided. Conservation of plants is very important all over the world .

The developing tropical countries have unique indigenous plants that are at risk. Most of the time through ignorance and superstition some plants in particular trees are felled over night by villagers. The photographs section illustrates this danger to our environment and future generations.

In the photograph, many felled trees in a village were shown. On enquiries, the trees including economic plants and medicinal trees were cut down because prophets preached against such standing plants because they haboured evil spirits. Our services will cover education to enhance conservation of plants.

The objectives and goal for the website services will be to encourage building herbaria and forest conservation sites in local places where endangered plant species are found.
